01Introduction

Nbd Pacific Grove, LLC ("Nbd Pacific Grove," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website nbdpacificgroveworld.com (the "Site") and provides administrative and business services, including entity administration, corporate compliance, filings, bookkeeping support, registered agent services and holding/subsidiary management (collectively, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have regarding that information. By using the Site or our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

In short: we collect only what we need to administer your entities and communicate with you, we treat client information as confidential by default, we don't sell your personal information, and you can contact us at any time to ask questions or exercise your rights.

02Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

Information you provide directly. When you contact us, request a consultation, or engage our Services, you may provide:

  • Name and contact details (email address, phone number, mailing address);
  • Company and entity information, including names, structures, jurisdictions and registration details;
  • Information about owners, officers, directors and authorized representatives, to the extent necessary to provide the Services (for example, for filings, governance records or beneficial-ownership reporting required by law);
  • Financial and accounting records needed for bookkeeping and administrative support;
  • Billing and payment-related information needed to execute contracts.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect device and browser information, IP address and approximate location, pages viewed and similar usage data, and data collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).

Mail and correspondence. Where we act as registered agent or provide a business address, we receive and process mail, service of process and official correspondence addressed to the entities we serve, handling it according to each client's instructions.

03How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide proposals and consultations;
  • Form, administer and maintain entities, including filings, renewals, minutes and governance records;
  • Prepare and maintain books, ledgers and administrative reports;
  • Receive, log and forward mail and service of process as registered agent;
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations applicable to us and to the Services, including required corporate and ownership reporting;
  • Manage contracts, invoices and payments;
  • Operate, maintain, secure and improve the Site;
  • Send service-related communications and, where permitted, occasional updates you can opt out of at any time;
  • Detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse or security issues.

We do not use your personal information for purposes that are incompatible with the ones described above without notifying you first.

04How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We treat client and entity information as confidential and share it only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. Vendors who help us operate — such as hosting, email, document management, accounting software and payment processing — under obligations to protect your information;
  • Government agencies and registries. Where required to perform the Services, such as state filing offices, tax authorities and other agencies to which filings or reports must be submitted;
  • Professionals you designate. Your attorneys, CPAs, banks or other advisors, when you instruct us to coordinate with them;
  • Legal requirements. When required by law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request — including valid service of process — or to protect the rights, property or safety of Nbd Pacific Grove, our clients or others;
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business, subject to confidentiality protections.

05Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage and pixels) to make the Site work properly, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site through analytics.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect how parts of the Site function. Where analytics tools are used, the data we receive is aggregated or pseudonymized and used only to improve the Site and our Services.

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them, but we honor the opt-out rights described in Section 9.

06Third-Party Services & Links

The Site and our communications may contain links to third-party websites and services that we do not operate or control — including government filing portals, banks, software platforms and professional service firms. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you interact with. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites and platforms.

07Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as it is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:

  • For the duration of our engagement and to maintain accurate entity, filing and bookkeeping records;
  • For the statutory periods applicable to corporate records, tax and accounting documentation;
  • As needed to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

Because corporate and governance records often have long legal retention requirements, certain records may be kept for the life of the entity and beyond, as required by law or as agreed with the client. When personal information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it so it can no longer be associated with you.

08Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. These measures include access controls, confidentiality practices appropriate to sensitive corporate and ownership information, and the use of reputable service providers.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will act in accordance with applicable law.

09Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the rights to:

  • Know / access the personal information we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions (such as corporate records we are required to keep);
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time;
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.
California residents. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, may give you additional rights, including the right to know the categories of personal information we collect and the purposes for which it is used, the right to request deletion or correction, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. Nbd Pacific Grove, LLC does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 12. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. Note that some requests may be limited where the information belongs to an entity's official records that we maintain under legal or contractual obligations.

10Children's Privacy

The Site and our Services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete that information promptly.

11Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as posting a prominent notice on the Site. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.
